Attorney Steven Bloom is available to serve as lender’s counsel to conduct Closings for all local, out-of-state and internet-based banks, mortgage companies, private lenders, institutional lenders, correspondent lenders and mortgage brokers.
We believe that the number of conveyances and refinances that have been referred to our office, despite a very competitive Closing market, has largely been due to reasonable fee schedules, careful drafting and thorough review of documents, as well as a high degree of competency garnered through multiple and varied transaction experience.
We have the ability to close many of the transactions in as little as five (5) business days.
We employ an outside attorney to examine and certify the title and we are able to offer lenders special services when the need arises.
All of our Closing Documents are reviewed by Attorney Steven Bloom, including the Closing Packages provided to our office by the Lender. We are competent and experienced and take pride in the work we do. Each Closing is individually crafted as necessary and we have been quite successful in solving title problems and getting to a timely Closing.
We are available to close on residential loans in all of Massachusetts, from Worcester County, eastward. He will travel to Registries of Deeds and even to Borrowers' homes if necessary to close a loan.
We carry Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) Insurance with limits of $2 million/$2 million. Attorney Bloom is insured as a title agents as well.
